Visa Application Forms: Two types of visa application forms are provided as follows:
It is necessary for an applicant to complete two copies of above respective forms together with a copy of Report of Arrival form.
Children over seven years of age require a separate visa even if travelling on their parents' passports.
Application Forms are obtainable at the visa counter free of charge. Forms can also be downloaded from our web site
 
Tourist Visa
Tourist visa is divided into two categories: Foreign Independent Travellers (F.I.T) and Package Tour Groups.
Tourists visas are valid for (3) months.
Period of stay in Myanmar restricted to four weeks from date of arrival. It can be extendable.
Tourists may only stay in hotels and guesthouses during their visit in Myanmar.
Documents Required for Tourist Visa
Two copies of duly-filled Tourist Visa application forms & a copy of Report of Arrival form. Every set of application form has to be duly signed by the applicant. False signature may result in non-acceptance at the Visa Section.
Three passport-sized photos (recently taken)
Valid passport ( at least 6 months validity )
Package Tour Groups or EVT (Package tour) visa applicants are required a confirmation letter from their respective land operator in Myanmar stating the names and passport nos. of the tour members. The confirmation letter should be confirmed by the land operator in Myanmar directly to the Embassy by fax or e-mail. Land operator must be a registered company under Myanmar Company Act.
 
Entry Visa / Business Visa
Persons travelling to Myanmar for business purpose and other different purpose should apply Entry Visa / Business Visa. Generally following types of Entry Visa/ Business Visa services is provided by the Embassy -
Business Visa (Single Entry) -Valid for (3) months -Period of stay in Myanmar restricted to ten weeks from date of arrival. It can be extended.
Business Visa (Multiple Journey Entry Visa ) -Validity varies from minimum (1) month to maximum (1) year from date of issue. Multiple Journey Entry Visa is considered case by case basis. -Period of stay in Myanmar restricted to ten weeks from date of arrival. It can be extended.
Social Visit Visa ( Friends and Relatives ) - Valid for one month -Period of stay in Myanmar restricted to one month from date of arrival. It can be extended.
Documents Required for Entry Visa / Business Visa
Two copies of duly-filled Entry Visa/Business Visa application forms & a copy of Report of Arrival form. Every set of application form has to be duly signed by the applicant. False signature may result in non-acceptance at the Visa counter.
Three passport-sized photos (recently taken)
Valid passport (at least 6 months validity)
For Business Visa (Single Entry) a sponsorship letter stating the purpose of entry to Myanmar from the respective company or organization registered in Germany.
For Business Visa (Multiple Journey Entry Visa ) a sponsorship letter stating the business profile in brief of the respective company or organization registered in Germany as well as business activities with counter part company in Myanmar.
For Social Visit Visa some additional forms are required to be filled. The Visa Officer can provide additional information.
 
Meditation Visa
Meditation visa is necessary to get prior permission from the authorities concerned to issue with the validity of 3 months from the date of issues from the date of issue for meditation purpose. It may take some time for the permission to come through in time. Thus it is advisable that visa should be applied at least 2 months prior to the date of departure to Yangon. It can be extendable in Yangon with endorsment from the Meditation Centre and  additional visa fees will be collected.

Three copies of duly-filled Meditation Visa application forms & a copy of DPPS form. Every set of application form has to be duly signed by the applicant.
Four passport-sized photos (recently taken)
Valid passport (at least 6 months validity)

A short biographical sketch
A letter of endorsement or invitation by supervising Sayadaw from the Meditation Centre
A letter of undertaking stating that all the prevailing laws of Myanmar and directives of the Sasana Propagation Department will be observed.

Wenn die Hotel Buchung 80 % des gewünschten Aufenthalt Zeitraumes abdeckt wird keine Visaeinladung verrechnet. Bei weniger als 80 % Zeitraum Hotelbuchung des Aufenthaltes muss eine Visaeinladung zusaetzlich gekauft werden.
 
Wenn zusaetzlich weitere Visa fuer andere Laender gewüscht werden gelten fuer diese weiteren Visa die Tarife von Pkt 1.1.

[Stornobedingungen]

Für die Berechnung der Frist ist das Eintreffen der schriftlichen Mitteilung über die Stornierung bei uns während unserer Geschäftszeiten – Montag bis Freitag 8.30 bis 17.30 Uhr ausschlaggebend. Wird die Anmeldung, aus welchem Grund auch immer, zurückgezogen, gelten folgende Rücktrittsbedingungen:
bis 30 Tage - 10% des Reisepreises,
ab 29. bis 20. Tag - 25% des Reisepreises,
ab 19. bis 10. Tag - 50% des Reisepreises,
ab 9. bis 4.Tag - 65% des Reisepreises
ab dem 3.Tag vor Reiseantritt - 85% des Reisepreises
ab 24 Stunden vor Abreise, “no show” vor dem Abflug
oder Reiseabbruch - 100 % der Arrangementkosten
zuzüglich anfallender Telegramm- bzw. Fernschreibkosten und Visagebühren. Storno bei “Hotel only Buchungen”: wie oben - mindestens jedoch:
ab 72 Stunden vor Reiseantritt
- 50 % der ersten beiden Aufenthaltstage und
ab 48 Stunden vor Reiseantritt
- 100 % der ersten beiden Aufenthaltstage.
Nach Reiseantritt können nicht oder nur teilweise konsumierte Leistungen nicht rückerstattet
werden.
